The following steps can help you pair the heart rate monitor to the most popular iPhone and Android apps. The heart rate monitor transmitter is activated automatically by wearing the chest strap and attaching the sensor to the strap. You can find more detailed setup instructions by clicking on the links to the developers website in the tables below.

Most fitness apps now support pairing the heart rate monitor directly in the app settings, rather than in the device Bluetooth settings. If you have paired to your device settings, you’ll need to remove it before pairing directly in the app. Pairing your heart rate monitor in one app does not automatically pair it in another app, and each app pairs differently.
